Spectrum Health Services was launched in Brisbane overnight...

Spectrum offers a wide range of "Hospital-to-Home" services including:
 

• Discharge case management;

• Post-discharge, in-home assessment;

• Transport coordination;

• Medication management and prompting;

• Wound care;

• Personal care.

Spectrum Health Services is a division of Brisbane-based Health Care Options. Owned and operated by nursing and allied health professionals, Spectrum strives to deliver excellence in patient care and discharge support services.

We deliver community care across south-east Queensland, easing the transition from acute hospital care into the home environment, and assisting our patients to maintain their independence and live a healthier life in their own homes.
